Page 1 of The Shield

Never seen the American TV show called The Shield until seen clips of it on channel five.

I decided to just go buy the boxset. First episode hooked me from the start, the characters are brilliant and the stories are spot on.

Anybody else enjoy it as much as me. :)

Awesome show, I`d recommend getting through all 5 series.

Series 5 is probably one of the best series I`ve seen on TV. I think only 1+2 are available on region 2 but can be picked up for 15-18quid each with series 3 on pre-order.

1-4 are out on region 1 and 5 will be probably be out in January so you need to get this by other means ;) .

There is not much better that has come to TV than this series. Each season is equallable enjoyable to date. Cannot wait for season 5 to be released on region 1.

season 5 looks good read Anthony Anderson and Glenn Close are in season 4. just on season 1 at the mo. Go to Amazon and you can pick them up for like £10 and £11 got my season 2 from there cant wait.

After that looks like region 1 time for me.

Ive seen up to season 3 (had to get it on region one about a year ago) and its absolutely brilliant without a doubt one of the best tv shows ever. Series three contains one of the most shocking episodes you`ll see. I`m going to order s4 this week (you can get it for about £15 if you look around) I`ve heard series 4 is the weakest up to now but series 5 is back to perfection (so Ive been told)

I love the shield, started watching ep 1 series 3, bloke at work filled me in with what I had missed. Watch it religiously now.

Keep meaning to watch seasons 1 and 2 as they are referenced now and again, but don`t get round to it, so starting from beginnning is a good move.

5 is a corker so far.

I like season 1 so far as the continuity slowly becomes present, like the only toilet they have which suffers a problem then gets worse. Little pieces of continuity go a long way.

Read in FHM that on the season that is currently being shown on FIVE (don`t know which one) the very bad thing that Vic does in the episode 1 comes back to get him. Watch season 1 and 2 cus ull properly catch up on little things

Could someone help me out with which series/episode I`m up to! The last one I watched was the episode where...

SPOILER:
Shane and the black guy (don`t know his name!) had a full on fight in his apartment then there was a car crash. I think it was the end of a series but I`m not sure as I started watching Ep 1 of series 4 and I couldn`t help but think I`d missed a few episodes as the Strike Team had been disbanded.
I`ve looked through www.tv.com episode guides but still can`t find where I am!
