Hi m8t,

I ordered mine about 2 weeks ago and still hasn`t arrived. When did you order yours?

I did try to e-mail them asking for confirmation of delivery date but they said that they were unable to trace my application but it could take 28 days for delivery.

Regards,

Fred.

They might be cheap box sets now but wait until the dvd`s start arriving that you haven`t even ordered and you not being able to contact them to complain!!!! The cd club was bad enough there`s no way i would go down that road again and don`t even get me started about their delivery charges rip off springs to mind. You`ve been warned.

I agree - has anyone ever found a legal way to get out of their `contract`?

They are a shambles, they sent me dvd`s constantly despite using their online service to reject them.
Outcome was a court order, with 30 admin fees!!
After 6 months I had to pay 30 squid for a dvd I didnt have, just to get them off my back, BEWARE, they dont have a clue.

they tried that with me, the sent me "The Wedding Planner" and i returned it and it was still on my account that i still had it, but i e-mailed them and told em i didn`t have it.
when your contract is up (or you`ve bought 6 DVDs) you can ring em up and ask em to stop sending them

Ok so how can you really stitch Britannia up ? What DVD boxsets can you order to maximize the value on signing up? Four copies of the Godfather boxset?. Can you order that same thing multiple times?

The only problem I have had with brittania is dvd`s not turning up, then all I did was call them up and they wrote them off!
If you are looking to stitch them up, they refuse to send dvd`s by recorded delivery so they have no record to say whether or not you have received them!
Not that I am suggesting you tell porkies mind!!
