yes, that is true, almost all GAME stores are releasing it early, i walked into Game in Bolton on Crimbo Eve and they had it in then.
Bought it yesterday and asked the spotty kid behind the counter why it was out early and aparantly one store dropped a bo****k and released it early so all stores had to.

i boght this from HMV when they was selling it for £10 and it is exactly the same as the r1 criterion (which i borrowed of a m8 so i knew what the differences could be) the R2 even has the same Criterion menu as the R1.
but i caved in and sold it and bought the R1 Criterion.
the Pal speed-up made Kevin smith sound high-pitched in the commentary.

sorry if this has been posted before.
I walked into my local asda store and was immidetly hit by The Karate Kid Collection boxset, i looked closer and say the price was £12.97 so i snapped it up.
Those thinking that it was a mis-price don`t be, it scanned through as £12.97 and there was even another box behind it with the same price.
was gonna buy em both but Linkin Park: Meteora was also acompaninig.
