Is this the £2 voucher for first-time customers?

does "usually dispatched in 5 - 7 days mean they have it in stock or am I going to get an e mail saying they are awaiting stock? Never ordered from Splash before but this is tempting! :/

For about the first time now, I am experiencing a delay in dispatch from Splash. My guess is that sale items are probably in stock and will be sent out fairly quickly, but anything not is stock might take ages to be sent out!

I`m confused here. Their site says it has £2 off everything (except items under £10 or special offers). I would have thought Big Lebowski £5.49 "Universal £7.49 special offer" falls into this catagory. When I add it to basket it comes up as £5.49. Which don`t get me wrong is a good price in itself. Is there another £2 discount voucher i`m missing?
