so school kids parents are sold fake tickets, (or didn`t get tickets depends which story you listgen to) they get a trip to germany, come home tony blair on radio says he`ll look into it, shock horror they get fresh tickets to go back to germany.

if that had happened to me, would T.B get involved and get me just ONE ticket.. thought not!

they bought tickets there fake TOUGH it happens every time what gives these the right to be different? claim back of the credit card/insurance/school

We had the same problem with a micro lasted 2y7month boom! Gone! (Cost nearly £200) contacted the maker, and on a goodwill once only gesture they fixed it free of charge... the place it was bought from was no use at all "did you buy warnatee..No...Nothing we can do then"

Contact the maker, tell them how much you paid, when you bought it (send copy or receipt), ask if there is anything they can do, as the make is a good quality, and the reason you also bought there dishwasher & washing machine.

Be polite and a little bit kiss ass, DON`T demand they fix it or you'll take them to court see how you go, if nothing is done, go to your TS, but they'll not want to get involved if ours is anything to go by, could go there first, see what they say, it can't do any harm.

Still makes me wonder why lidl/netto/aldi can give 3year on there cheap tv/dvd/microwave.. But big name brands and suppliers will only give you 1year!!

blockbuster are so far the best, but we just left them to go to screenselect as they had more "gay interest" films then blockbuster, (who we`ll go back to when they send the comeback to us offer like they did last time)

and there RUBBISH!!! our list is now just under 150 (some real rubbish but wanted to build a list) and last week we got a total of 2 films!!! on a 3 film package they would send 1 film and then have "awaiting allocation" against the other 2 when that one was recieved then we got 1 more, sent that back, and had nothing since wednesday, at the weekend we went down to 2 dvd package today they still havnt sent anything out.

were also with love film, who sent us a 3 month for the price of one offer, so far we`ve had top titles, and had 8 in two weeks,

so just try each one for the free trial (there are 30day trial is you search instead of there 5 film/14day trial offers) then leave them, move on and wait for the email offering you a bribe to go back to them, go back to them use there bribe, and leave, they`ll just keep bribeing you.

this version of M.S is different to the last tour version. (red tour poster old version, white tour poster new)

the set and lighting is BETTER, but sadly they have rewrote some of the songs.

as for the chopper, that wasn`t the model, it was a projection, so didn`t have the same effect for us (seen both version in the same theatre, so wasn`t a size isssue)

and no matter how many times we`ve seen this we still have a tear at the end.

the stage vesion was NEVER released on video/dvd or the film version of this film, BUT the stage version was recorded on it`s 10th anniversary in London, but has never been released, not sure why, as i`ve email Cameron Macentosh (?) about this, but all they say is there are no plans to release the show anytime in the Future.

went for this at the weekend, but had a look at there site today, and they now have the 512kb at £29.99 and the 1gb at £46.99 (at currys)

so don`t think they be sending them out, unless where very lucky.

i`m sorry but smokling should be banned where ever food is served, we`ve been out for a meal, asked for a NON SMOKING table, and was seated in the nonsmoking area, but 5` away was a smoking area, with the smoke and smell drifting over to us, one guy as soon as he sat down lit-up when his starter came he lit up, we asked to move, and was told there was no where to move to, so we paid for our starter and left.

BUT on our way past this guy, i happened to let a silent one go next to him, which he found disgusting, WHY what i did is a natural thing to do, we ALL do it, so what is the difference to him smokeing and nobody minding, but breaking wind next to him...

and as somebody else said, you go out with a group of friends some smoke some don`t the WHOLE group has to go in the smoking section to please the drug addicts (yes it is a drug)

i have friends who smoke, but when ever we go out, they either go to the no smoking, or they sit on there own in the smoking section, same as when they visit me, i don`t care if it`s pouring down with rain, and blowing a gale, if they want to smoke then they stand in the garden with the door shut to have a smoke, i don`t want the smell in my home.

used to work in a shop, and if we put a poster up, got free tickets, but as it wasn`t my place i couldn`t put the poster up, boss used to chuck them in the bin, but i kept the tickets!!

when a new club opened up, they asked to put up a poster, said yea ok, got a silver "vip card" so we could go to the club bypass the que (if there was one) get in free, and get the first drinks free!! that was the best bargin,

just another step towards having to have a "tv licence" to own a COMPUTER and MOBILE PHONE.

you can watch some tv now on the internet without a licence, but if you watch it on tv at the sametime you need one.. ie the olympics

you can soon watch full tv on a mobile phone, think that is being tested in Oxford, but if you watch it on tv you need a licence.

they have already shut the "if it`s broadcast on sat from OUTSIDE the uk you don`t need a licence" loophole, now you need a licence even if you ONLY watch Polish tv, and German porn!! (why don`t sky now move there dish to europe where it would be cheaper to broadcast from?? they couldn`t before cause of this loophole)

now it wont be long before they`ll make you pay cause you own a computer and mobile phone.

and your £10 a month to the bbc gets you what? 2 basic channels showing 1 pop show a week, about 10 old films a week, 6-7 hours of sport maybe 5-6 comedy shows..

where as £50 to sky gets you films 24-7 about 5 a week new, all the sport you can think off, 3-5 comedy channels, 10 music channels...

much better value then sky ;-)

oh and if you don`t want to pay sky for watching there movies/sport or to watch sky you don`t need to, where as if you use your tv to watch C4-C5 ITV you need to pay the BBC.

people say it`s not all going to the BBC but when was the last time you saw a TVLA ad on ITV SKY C4-5????

apart from the fact you go out, spend your £12.99 take it home put it in the player, and it doesn`t work.

our dvd recorder will not play ARCCOS so we just take them back as faulty.

how many will each retailer employ 50-60 staff? so if the companies start to shut 500-600 staff loose there jobs, not to mention local businesses who sell things to these staff, and the suppliers of packaging, then the loss of money paid TO the jersey government....

all they will end up doing is sending the companies to main land Europe, and then IF the government lower the import limit, they would then have a good case for the European courts for not allowing free trade in Europe, look at the hassle over alcohol and cigarettes, you CAN import as much as you want (as long as it`s for "personal use") but the government wont allow you to import as much as you want, and that went to court

have a look at onetel, think they still send bills out, but you might have to pay a bit extra, and also they supply FREE a box which will plug into the phone socket and divert the calls that way, so if you don`t want use them for local calls or such just unplug.

they lost us as customers they day they messed us about, put an order in for an item INSTOCK they took payment, weeks later hadn`t been sent, sent email no reply, time went still "pending" they all of a sudden the item became discontinued, emails them then they said yea we sold out, so why did they take payment in the first place,

to top it all off, it cost us money with the bank, paying for the item in $ then getting refunded in $ so in all we lost over £1

will NEVER use them again, we stick to dvdimport cheaper faster and FREE postage, there even post friendly ;-)

just before the election i was in our town centre, when there was a "Muslim rally" something to do with jack straw and the war, must have been about 60-70 people and about 15 police, then as i was walking past i saw one guy BURN the American flag and start shouting stuff in there language (who knows what they where shouting), so went straight to the police demanding they arrest the guy as i AM American and found it insulting.

i was told "look if we do that, it will just make things worse"

so i asked him, "ok so if i go to the shop, buy an Iraqi/India/Pakistan flag, and burn that on the town hall steps what will YOU do then?? he just walked away!!!

Me and my partner are SICK of "Muslims" making out there peaceful when there NOT, at our last place we got homophobic abuse from an Asian family and there relatives/friends on our street, nobody (police/council/councillors) would do a thing about it.

a show was on the BBC (or C4) last week with some guys in our town, handing out leaflets against Jack straw, and the "peaceful Muslims" started swearing, throwing punches and sticking up 2 fingers at them and the camera crew, and this was AFTER they came out from prayers!
