Ebuyer 15"LCD TV - Whats it like ??

Hey there.

Ive been looking for a LCD for my kitchen and i had an email flyer the other day with this on it,

I just wondered if anyone had one and what the sound and picture was like. It says its an ultrabrite screen which is promising, but if the sound sucks then i dont want it.

For £99 its not a bad deal i thought.

Hellboy 3 disk directors edition Bargin

Hellboy 3 disk edition is only £13.50ish inc delivery from dvdsoon. Not a bad buy seeing as its twice that at most others and cdwow nor play have it on there systems yet.

Actually, just to be picky, it use 75 ohm Coax, not fibre, the fibres used for the telephone network. The broadband use a specific frequency to transmit the data.

The only draw back is that you cant pay via switch or solo via the HK site.

Same here, ordered a nice quantity from them for delivery on Wed, they say there shipping on Monday, but could this be the date they see the order when they pick it from the warehouse and stop it then, i really hope not. Lets wait and see !!!

I am thinking of purchasing a Pioneer 5100H-S but i cant see any info on whether it is multi region or not.

Thanks for your advice, what model pioneer are you reffering to??, it does sound interesting, but do you think i should wait a little, are there some good units coming soon, im going to have a look at the links above but i really dont want to rush into anything, thats what i did with a Kiss DP-508 and i was not happy.

Also when you refer to editing are you talking menu creation or just simple indexing.

DVD Recorder - Which one??

Dont know if this has been answered in a while but i know i would like to hear from the experts that scour the market.

I am looking now as i think they are at a resonable price for most people now, but i would like to know which is the best one at the moment for price and feature, also being multi region is important. Also i want one that will work well with Sky+.

Please post your responses for everyone who wants to get a recorder and not just me !!

Kill Bill Japanese Version ???

Does anyone know where to get the Japanese version cheap and does it contain english subtitles or language.

I know this aint a bargin but it is a cracking film, for which our versions dont do it justice, so i hope any information will help others.

A very good adsl modem & Router is the Netgear DG834, it has 4 10/100 ports and NAT firewall, its easliy configurable ( 10 Mins). It cost me £87 notes but its well worth it. I used www.dealtime.co.uk to find the cheapest supplier.

I use mine to connect my Kiss 508, Xbox and PC in the living room, A best buy for me and i only ever use Netgear due to there excellent 24/7 telephone support.

There wireless options are good too.

I ordered mine yesterday, funny thing was i didnt think i had any cards with cash on them but one went through anyway, the lady on the other end got me to try a couple and the second worked, oh how happy am I.

The box is yours if youve been with sky for a year, so i think if you put it upstairs yourself you might pickup the freeview channels at the very least. You wouyld need to put a cable in tho.

Just to add that mine first was a 1 Gig, slapped it into a A1200, My dads first was only 20gig, from a super fast compaq 286 with 4mb of ram costing £3000 for a dot matrix, and a Modem, before the internet, wow, i didnt see this coming, wouldnt be in a mess if i did.

Hey every one, im reviving an old thread here cos i found a little weekness which i hope they dont find.

CDWOW sent me an email which said most of there top chart albums are now £6.99 with free postage, Whitestripes, feeder you get the picture, well thats great in itself, but i couple it with this offer too using my halifax solo card and i got em for £3.99 with free postage.
