if anyone is near the gatwick area , the tesco at hookwood has oodles of them yesterday in about 3 displays around the store , no limit on the number you can buy either . we bought 3 , but I have to say I am a bit dissapointed by the quality of the mugs (poor paint jobd , rough underneaths and thermal paint that chips off after one wash!!)

I saw an advert earlier on TV for WHSmith stating that all the box set DVD`s of simpsons , futurama , and family guy will be BOGOF as from tomorrow (15th Nov) , It will be intersting to see if WHSmith reduce the prices as at the moment even at BOGOF Play.com still works out cheaper

we have Athens 2004 and the dancemat is because the womens floor exercises section is made in dancemat mode ..IE you have to hit the appropriate arrows when it reaches the top of the screen , you can use a controller instead though if you arn`t feeling energetic .

We have Sky+ so we dont use the VCR for recording only playing my daughters videos and I would have the sky direct to the tv itself I was thining more of using this for the Playstation , VCR , Gamecube , and DVD player all the things we only use one at a time IYSWIM

HELP DVD set up needed (sound problem)

We got a new DVD player today and when we set it up like our old one scart socket on DVD player to Scart socket on TV we couldnt get the sound properly ! we had the background music but nothing when anyone talked just the music playing .

we used exactly the same scart lead as we are using now but it wouldnt go right!

We dont know much about DVD players (give me a computer anyday)so does anyone know why it wouldnt work , I just though if you conected scart to scart it would all work ok .

Nothing ... absolutly nothing . For the price of this computer its a great computer .
We are thinking of buying one just too keep incase anything goes wrong with the one we have now .
And this has a DVD drive too and at that price you cant go wrong!. 1.7ghz is reletivly fast as far as computers go and there isnt that much difference between a celeron and a intel pentium processors.

If anyone has children wanting a PC for Christmas this is great for them too .
