Great game. I was behind the Germans, but the Italians really deserved to win.

IIRC it`ll be the second-ever World Cup final not to involve either Germany or Brazil?

Thought the ref was amazing, completely let the game flow, much better to watch and the ending was amazing! Where the hell did Del Piero pop up from at the end, didn`t think his aging legs would be up to it but what a finish!

Really hoping the Azzurri win it, the verdict of the match-fixing scandal comes out day after the final, it`d be a cruel irony if 13 of the squad become Serie b/c players after winning the world cup...

Thought it was a great game (especially for what was effectively a nil nil draw)

Glad that the game was won with some cracking goals

Actually felt a tad sorry for the germans
