Page 1 of Play sack the good ole Jiffy bag!

Got a shock this morning when Taxi Driver landed on the mat from Play, not in their standard jiffy bag, but in a hard cardboard, Amazon like packaging.

For the better if you ask me!

I think it was Saturday morning I received a DVD in a Jiffy, then today one arrived in the cardboard.

I complained a while ago to Play about a CD jewel case being damaged and suggested they try improving their packaging - maybe they took it onboard ? :)

Received 2 today, both in jiffy bags, but last week received one in cardboard ????

Ooohhh...strange goings on from our friends at Play.

Maybe they found a batch of Jiffys in the warehouse and decided they might aswell use em up?

Or they are just using both?

Actually, I`ve got cardboard for the last 5 or 6 orders.

I think they have an automated and a manual packing system. They use cardboard jackets on the automated system and jiffy bags on the manual.

This sounds about right as it varies a lot on my orders :)
