If I did (and I don`t), I`d use Paintshop Pro, having set the dpi to 300 and the size to 27x18cm; print out at full-size, landscape format.

Do not be alarmed. That strange sound is simply
my mind boggling.

Needs to be a bit bigger than 270 x 180.
274ish x 184 is better. Maybe the `cropping` is because the printer can`t print close enough to the edge?

Yes I use Paint Shop Pro 8 for printing Covers & disc labels, you have much more control over the image, and can place it accurately on the page easily.

I find that 274x182 is OK for the black cases, but the clear cases usually only take 270x180
