I have a Tosh and Im looking to start off with this cinema sound, Dolby, surround sound thingy! Yes, im as green as grass and have £400 to spend. Is this enough to get a basic idea of the whole thing and what works well with the Tosh.Please help!

Go for the Sony HTK215 to give you the full cinema experience.
It gets rave reviews on here and it looks great !!

You don`t really need to spend £400

I too have a tosh 210 and am looking at surround. None of the spec I can find on the Sony HTK215 says it does 5.1 Does it decode 5.1 ? The Tosh doesn`t do any decoding itself. Cheers for any info Bowf

The Sony HTK215 does all the decoding, 5.1 and DTS.
The literature Sony put out doesn`t mention this, but if you look on here for other postings about the 215 everyone says it decodes 5.1 and DTS.
So please, don`t just take my word for it....
