Page 1 of why does my new zen freeze when syncing music or videos from windows media player?

Does this sound like the player? Should I replace it or swap it for a nano - reason I stayed away from nano was that I remember creative products being easier to manage back in the day - seems like itunes is a breeze now instead. Any info greatly appreciated.

I wonder if you need new codecs?

You could visit the Creative site to see if there are new codecs, especially if are running an updated Media player.

should not dom that i think you have a faultly one i sugest changing it mine does not do that
