gotta get an IPOD mini at a great price anyone know of a cheap way of obtaining it..

also a MP3 player very cheap about at least 256mb for £50.00 ISH!!!

The iPod mini is on offer in Staples this weekend for £139.00. I don`t know if this is a good price or not.

i wonder if thats the new version? will pop in later. cheers...

http://www.7dayshop.com has them for £134, and the 6gb for £168. Don`t know enough about the different types to say what generation they are though.

Ebuyer have some very cheap mp3 flash players. I`m sure you can easily get a 512mb player for £50 (tho` it may be a bit hit and miss on quality). You could consider an ipod shuffle 512mb for £69, although they`re a bit basic.

you could try argos (believe it or not they sometimes get good deals) or what abpout ebay?

If you could stretch to £70-100 on the mp3 player you`d have a much wider selection to choose from.

Hi all - while I can`t help you on your quest for the best mp3 deal (bit of a novice on these matters) I`m finally trying to buy an mp3 player myself (after many false starts) but a friend of mine at work said that he had heard (sorry but not sure of the source) that Sony are about to bring out yet another new `ipod killer` model and that I should wait to see what it can offer. Is this just `phoney baloney` or worth a wait ?

You can get a 256mb MP3 player off e-bay for about £25 del and about £40 for 512mb. They`re from China; got my g/f one and it`s fine; I`ve just ordered another for myself - less hassle at the gym than my mini-disc.
