I`m back!!
Thanks for that sarah, I haven`t had a chance to look for myself yet. Took me a lot longer to get round than I planned, but I did it :D :D
I`m walking like an incontinent 80 year old today though!
All the best.

Well done Beth!
My brother did the marathon a few years ago, said he could barely walk up the stairs after for a week. :)

Only time I ever ran one I did it with no speccial training, though I was playing rugby very seriously at the time, the one thing I remember is how fast the first 3 or 4 pints went down after finishing the race.

All the best,

It`s not easy being different. It`s not easy being cool....but somehow I manage....

Yes well done Beth, to do 26+miles is no mean feat, you should be proud of yourself.
Did you hear about the dyslexic agnostic who was also an insomniac, He used to lie awake at night wondering if there was a dog.8)

Fantastic and well done, I`d be lucky if I could run the 26 yeards to the nearest shop without begging for a cuppa when I got back!, lol.
I hear sitting on a kiddies swimming ring may help with the lower back and bum muscles!, lol........

Nice one with that running thingy - so you didn`t quite keep up the pace with Paula, but I`m sure it was a false start anyway... That, and she probably had her weetabix. :)
