Cheers, and as fate would have it, the very next morning I try to continue with the next video, my PC decides to 'lose' my bootable devices. Seems to be working now. Pride and all that

Funny story, as soon as you hit 1k subs you're eligible for monetization. Which means linking to a Google Adsense account (which I've had for years), but thanks to those cheeky buggers at the IRS, you have to submit your tax info as any monies gained from US viewers (about 95% of my current audience) is liable for taxation, unless you can prove you're in a country that has signed up for an exemption treaty, which the UK has.
Thing is, they wanted a TIN (Taxpayer Identification number), and as I'm not a US citizen, I was at a loss as to how to get one. I was frantically googling with no luck and was on the very brink of picking up the phone and calling the states, when Google finally bore fruit - it's just your NI number.
So now I'm earning. Sort of. Thus far it's still the Ghostbusters video that's doing all the work, of which I get 55% of all ad revenue. I just wish I was monestised earlier as at it's peak, i would have been getting £150 a day. But I have to count my losses as without that figurehead, I still wouldn't be anywhere near the numbers needed to earn money anyway.
Still, can't just sit back and wait for the money to roll in, the work needs to be done. Speaking of which, here's my latest.

That reminds me. My mate had two VHS decks, and a collection of poor quality pirated films. I borrowed The Terminator off him, and he had actually edited ‘that bit’ out, just in case his parents picked up the tape to watch.

80's cheesefest! I like me some Biggles. I even like the theme song still, in moderation.
I've also just realised that I have Peter Cushing's career at both ends in my collection, his final film, and only his second according to IMDB, A Chump at Oxford from 1939

I've had to de-list the Biggles vid as some third-party outfit keeps claiming copyright on 15-second sections, one after the other. I've appealed but they're still claiming ownership, even though the film is nothing to do with them. Happens a lot, apparently
