Louie Spences Showbusiness: the work of the devil, or genius spoof?

It has to be the latter, surely? Mrs made me watch an episode the other day and I was p***ing myself at times.Tongues firmly in cheek throughout.Prior to watching I thought Spence was genuinely an insufferable twat, but I think he`s simply playing a character like Sacha Baron Cohen. Brilliant voice-over as well.

That show`s on Sky1,

Usually I find OTT camp/gay characters annoying, but I do find him ammusing when I`ve catch him as a guest on another show.

Yes, Sky One on Friday. He is annoying, but in a Bruno sort of way. The way they take the p*** out of that Andrew Stone and his `Starman` group is most amusing.

I couldn`t decide if he is a spoof Bruno/Ali G style character since I first saw a trailer for the first documentary series "Pinapple Studios" last year. If its a character then the guy that`s playing him is a genius - if not then he`s one of the wierd and wonderful characters that this country seems to find and put on tv.
