Is Toy Story 3D still playing anywhere?

I want to take my nephew to go and see this but I can`t find it listed anywhere in the South Wales area. Searching on Showcase, Vue and Cineworld websites is as though the film doesn`t exist! It was released on 2nd October so may have been and gone but with half term soon that seems unlikely.

We saw Up in 3d last night, and there was a trailer for Toy Story 3 coming out next year, and Toy Story in 3d. I`ve seen adverts on tv for it, but not seen it appear at my local cinemas either. I`m guessing they`ll wait till Up finishes its run. Or maybe between Christmas and Toy Story 3, as there`s a new 3D Disney animated A Christmas Carol coming out soon, so they wouldn`t want to clash with that either i guess,

I saw Toy Story 2 at the cinema, but not Toy Story, so am looking forward to being able to see Toy Story in 3d. Up was excellent in 3d.

Toy Story was only released in 3D for one week, the week prior to Up`s release. I saw it and whilst it was nice to see Toy Story at the cinema in digital the 3D was just a gimmick, completely unnecessary and, if anything, distracted and detracted from what is a great movie.

I`m actually getting really sick of all the `3D` movies being released at the moment. A 3D film used to be a special event or a one off and I could understand the extra charge that they added. Now there seems to be a new 3D film released every other week and it`s no longer special, just another way to make it more expensive to go the the cinema. I purposefully went to see Up in 2D and honestly couldn`t see a single moment in that film where it`s being in 3D would have made it a better, more enjoyable, film. That said, I am intrigued by the Robert Zemekis` upcoming Christmas Carol as the 3D effect looks like it will be intrinsic to the film and the 2D version a poor imitation. If that`s the case and the film garners some praise I`ll probably try and see it in IMAX 3D which, from experience, is far superior to the run-of-the-mill local multiplex 3D

I also choose to see UP in 2D, rather than pay an additional £2 per person, as I agree the cinema is dear enough already, by the time you pay for tickets, and extorsionate drinks and popcorn.

UP was very well done, the characters hilarious, especially the head doberman dog with crazy funny voice. The first twenty minuites though was very sad, telling the story of the old mans life.
