I read an article (not an internet article) quoting Mr Scott as saying that he would love to do a fith alien film and is talking to Weaver about it at the moment, apparently heis waiting for the right script to come along.
Im looking forward to that prospect, after the cr*p that was Alien resurrection, Im hoping he will put it all right again.

I`d rather watch Sigourney in Alien Res. than that other cinematic masterpiece of hers....The Ice Storm !!!

How about her identical twin sister who was frozen at birth due to an uncurable disease, then later defrosted when they have found a cure. Only the cure involves the farming of acidic toxins from alien species.
Yes its my own personal rip off storyline from The Day of the Triffids with a twist.

Ah yes, day of the triffids. The country being overrun by giant rhubarb. I remember watching that as a kid. Great series it was too.

Ridley Scott said on the commentry on Alien that he would love to do another alien film. I share the same opinion on the choice of film he would like to make, in that , he would love to do a film where they find the indigenous planet of the aliens.. Now that would have serious potential. Such a shame about Alien Ressurection ..started well and then became a comedy that wasnt funny.

Right here`s a start, they are experimenting on some dead Alien`s and they somehow find Her DNA mixed up in one of them, they then clone Her and hey presto She`s back with us!
You lot can write the rest of the script.

I`ve got it! She wakes up from hypersleep with Newt and Hicks, the rest of it was all a dream. I can honestly say that is the ONLY decent way to start the next sequel if you ask me.
Btw just how did that ship in Alien Resurrection that was so many months away from Earth manage to make it back in a few hours to crash land there?

Alien 5.......who cares. Another Alien(s) film isnt what we need. Fox have inadvertly killed my intrest in seeing another story.
Now, Aliens vs Predator is what I, and I`m sure millions of others REALLY wanna see. And it looks like a very strong possiblity now too !
