RE: heat of food/whats that fish?
The way I understand it is we discovered long ago in our evolution that cooking our food helped our bodies to break down nutrients that our feeble digestive systems were not able to digest, therefore we have evolved to to like food that is cooked and a sign of food that is cooked is that it is hot. Also, heated food releases it`s flavour more strongly - warm coke, you may have noticed, tastes a lot sweeter than ice cold coke.
As for the fish in you rice, it`s probably kitty kat.

Cooking can also render food safer to eat. All the neanderthals that eat raw chicken died out. Darwin was right, or was it Col. Sanders?

Prawns are the same thing as shrimps, also!

prawns
Quote:
Prawns are crustaceans, belonging to the sub-order Dendrobranchiata [1]. They are similar in appearance to shrimp, but can be distinguished by the gill structure which is branching in prawns (hence the name, dendro="tree"; branchia="gill"), but is lamellar in shrimp. The sister taxon to Dendrobranchiata is Pleocyemata, which contains all the true shrimp, crabs, lobsters, etc.
difference between Shrimp and Prawn
Once on your plate it might be hard to tell which is which!
