The extension to the Shires shopping centre in Leicester is ablaze this lunch time. It is part of a multi million pound scheme to double the site in size. I can see it from work.

I don`t see how setting it ablaze is going to double the site in size and why it is costing multi million pounds. I could have done it much cheaper with some petrol and matches. ;)
