So, less than 10 minutes to go for the last episode of easily one of the best TV series ever... :(

Haven`t barely watched it since series 1, but just caught the end. Should have ended it on `the jump`!

I wonder if that was both alternate endings?

I was satisfied by the ending, THO confused by it.

John Sim was on R1 earlier and said that it was 5 minutes too long. It ended, then it ended again. He preferred the first ending

He had a benign tumour in the present day, which couldn`t be removed, found that he wasn`t feeling anything in the real world & attempted to kill\hospitalise himself in order to return to save The Gene Team (keep his promise (& get his leg over) to Cartwright).

You can draw the parallels all the way through this with Hunt as the cancer, ironically not aggressive.

Thats basically it.
