Page 1 of How many years will I get for murder?

The flat above my office has been playing that new Robbie Williams song on repeat for the past two weeks, and I`m thinking if I go up and kill her now I will surely be able to argue justifiable cause.

I actually quite liked the song, but the way I see it if I hear it another time it`s either her or me that has to go.

At most 7 years though if this thread is used in evidence it would prove premeditated murder which could result in 14 years. :)

Until I snapped.... ;)

It would have been manslaughter (OK, womanslaughter to be PC), but seeing you have premeditated on here then it is now murder.
Think it through next time. ;)
I know how you feel though. Takes you to the edge. I had a neighbour that played over and over R.E.M`s "Everybody Hurts". One more time and he would`ve been!

The guy over the road used to play Gary Numans greates hits at full volume for nights on end during summer until virtually everyone on our street contacted Environmental health one day and continued to until they came round and threatened to take his stereo away.

Dont really hear a peep from him now. One of the rare times the system has worked.

Don`t know where you are in the country but I`m sure one or several of us would swear you were with us all night.
We could organise a synchronised DVD watch.

Guy I used to work with had a similar problem years ago.
All of these people usually have an aversion to anything classical so when the party started and all the kids were screaming round the garden he wheeled his not inconsiderable speakers out onto the balcony and stuck on Bartocks The Miraculous Mandarin at full tilt.
Apparently they were back indoors before the end of side one.
