I consider myself an optimist, albeit an optimist with cynical tendencies and a dark side that Lucifer himself would find a little creepy. (Perhaps you've noticed.) You don't normally associate cynicism with an upbeat pov. But I have exactly that combination and will defend it.

There is nothing funnier than an intentionally misleading thread title.

I remember on fark once there was a thread titled `Britney and Kevin sex video` which led to a couple of Gorillas called britney and kevin going like the clappers. There was much fury and righteous indignation that day, i can tell you..........

The BBC are going to do a Top Gear special about Richard Hammonds crash, and they will actually show the footage of him crashing, but that will be about six months time when the hamster is fully re-covered.

Mark, I posted that remark after visiting the site in the hope of continuing the illusion created by the thread title!

I remember a thread a while ago which had people foaming at the mouth about a site they hadn`t even visited. That was hilarious and, if anyone can remember what it was about and/or provide a link to it, then I`d love to revisit it.
