Page 1 of Most Haunted - does anyone believe this tosh?

Watching an episode the missus recorded the other night, and I`m mixed between being highly amused, insulted and angry.

I believe in ghosts, and I`ve met a few (figuratively speaking) but this amateur dramatic s***e with over-acting Yvette & Derek jumping at cobwebs and dust motes. I`m mainly angry because the wife is falling for it and she`s getting p***ed at me for laughing at it.

Derek Acora is an asshole. There`s never been a proven case of anyone communicating with the dead. Anyone can get themselves scared and giddy in the dark and learn to cold read.

There are a couple of episodes of Penn & Teller`s "Bulls***!" that deal with "psychics" and "mediums". If you can`t get hold of them I can help you out.

My boss took her mum to go see him in the theatre last year and she said that he spent over half the show promoting his new TV show (I think he left that Most Haunted for something else).

She said that he was throwing names about until one hit and then was playing up on it big time the rest of the show.

I believe in the possibility of the super natural but MOST HAUNTED is a lot of crap. Especially that scouse bloke who is obviously talking crap. (he's not stupid tho - must be making a mint (people who believe it are the fools)).
