The school stops feeding s*** to the kids, so rather than be pleased kids will be getting a healthy lunch, these two chav-hag/buttertrolls take orders for the chippy and chuck it over the fence! :o

I don`t care if they pass it to their own kids (as a salad isn`t going to do much good in the face of the fat they probably feed them at home - the kids didn`t look like they were strangers to a fry-up on the local news), but smuggling it in for other kids whose parents might just give a s*** about nutrition isn`t on.

Ah well, thanks to the attention whoring I bet they`ll be having a showdown with Jamie Oliver or Coprophile CorpseWoman on C4 before the year`s out.

Whilst I agree with the general sentiment I must admit to a mild cheer on hearing this as our dear government seem intent on controlling our every move from cradle to grave.

Had to laugh when one of the Buttertrolls (fantastic word :D ) said that the teachers bought their lunch from the same butty shop though.

The school do seem to be making a bit of a hash of things, though. The lunch break is now down to half an hour, which isn`t a long time when you`ve got dinner queues to contend with. The BBC also reported that some of the teachers use the same chippy, which obviously isn`t going to help.

Having said that, burgers, sausages and chips through the fence every day (served from the neighbouring cemetery) is obviously not the answer.

I just had an email from a friend who says that he`s got a friend staying with him who used to teach at Rawmarsh. Quote: "The vast majority of parents who had children at the school couldn`t identify quality food if it smacked them in the mouth."

There has been mega fuss at a school in Coventry over a burger van that opened up right opposite the school gates. So the kids now have the choice of the chippy over the road or the burger van. After an appearance on the news, the burger van now has a sign saying `As seen on TV!` and detailing a `Kids Value Meal` - all this after appearing on the news saying that he was not targetting kids but building sites in the area. Errrmmmmm..................I don`t think so, not with the advertising spiel!!!!!!!
