Page 1 of sold my phone on ebay but

i have just checked my sony ericsson on ebay and someguy has brought it for £366 instantly i thought scammer and checked his rating which is -1 and the guy who rated him said he was indeed a scammer. do i have to sell my phone to him.

You won`t be "selling" him your phone, even if you "sold" it him. The funds will be snatched back out of Paypal quicker than you can blink when the person whose card he`s using realises they`ve been robbed.

Don`t send the phone!!

In the eBay resolution centre the option you want is, IIRC, "Buyer requested delivery to a country I do not ship to".
