Getting married abroad - help*

Ben Franklin (Reviewer) posted this on Saturday, 27th May 2006, 23:01

Well, I`ve just asked my fiance Emma to marry me, after 6 years of engagement!

We want to do it next year, and want to do it in style. In other words, we want to go abroad. We`ve had a brief look on the Internet, and have a Virgin Weddings catalogue, but can anyone recommend any destinations?

I mean, has anyone here ever got married abroad before? Can you recommend it etc.? Also, any tips for the big day?

Thanks guys, as always. :)

I`ll second Las Vegas...getting hitched there was the best thing we ever did. No hassle with parents, family or any of that nonsense! Just the two of us and a friend as our witness. Perfect.
