If ever there was a perfect example why video replay should be used in football the incident in the last minute proves why it should be introduced as soon as possible.

The ball was clearly three to four feet over the line which would have meant Spurs winning and the linesman did not see it. Absolutely f***in disgraceful whether you support Spurs or any other team.

Is it any wonder some paranoid individuals perceive referees etc favour Man. Utd when such blatant "mistakes" are made.

Nothing paranoid mate. Man U have CONSISTENTLY had massive decisions go in their favour over the years..............esp at Old Trafford (remember the game v Sheff Wed??) Not only are you NOT allowed a penalty at Old Trafford....now, your NOT even ALLOWED a goal !!! Im NOT a spurs fan, im a football fan...and the way Man U keep getting so many things go in their favour.........its NO WONDER people get fed up of their team, perhaps one day, the refs/linesman , will start giving Arsenal/Chelsea/Liverpool etc..etc... some of this `extra` help......then we might see who really deserves to win. Not the team who has had goals and Pens dissallowed in their favour for over 10 years. From a bitter football fan.

Sometimes it goes for you, sometimes against. accept it. I agree though, a video replay in this situation would have been perfect.

I`m a Spurs supporter and that was a travesty. I thought we`d scored and was celebrating. Even the look on Carrolls face showed it was in. I can`t see how it was missed - it was so clear. It might have been unfair for us to take all 3 points but Man Utd have been doing it for years in the dying minutes of stoppage time (which is usually around the five minute mark at Old Trafford).

I am stunned. :(

Oh my God, Bear is driving! How can that be?

No Team`s have had more help with referee`s than Arsenal & Chelsea over the last year.
On Saturday Chelsea turned over two Liverpool players & no one sent off, Liverpool denied 2 penalties. As for the 2 yard offsides Henry has scored goals from with linesmen & ref with clear visability. AND THAT`S JUST FOR STARTERS. Manchester United have been punished more harshly than any other team. Other teams do worse & get less. Get off your pathetic anti Manchester United stools & live in the real world.

Could the ref/linesman get fined for this and dropped? Remember what happened to the other ref who gave Barry Ferguson two yellows, but he stayed on the pitch.

Now on MOTD; first game because of the `extraordinary incident`. >:(

As for Nistelroy....How many goals has he scored from an offside position ? 3 stick in my mind and hes not even playin at the mo ! EVERYONE knows how man u get this `EXTRA` helping hand......and nothing is EVER done........perhaps TV evidence WILL be used now, and my prediction is Man U may finish top 6 on the strength of it, but no higher. Hopefully the Refs / Linesmen will see this `travesty` and "balance" it up over the next few games. This team has got away with this for 10 years now and its about time it was stopped.
