Page 1 of Ever bought a DVD for one scene?

Looking at your collection, are there any films that, in retrospect, you only really watch because it contains one favourite scene?

For example, My Cousin Vinny (Mona Lisa`s testimony) and Dave (cutting the budget)

Also, in another vein I imported Face/Off from the states as it included the Bailsong scenes, cut out from the UK version

Yep, i have about 3 that i have bought for one scene, but won`t reveal them or the scenes for fear of incriminating myself. :o

Not that I am any great fan of the new trilogy of Star wars compaired to the fantastic classic versions (sorry Chewie).

But I did buy the Phantom menace only because of the final lazer sword fight scene, great to see the double lazer sword in action.

With the choir building up and the lazers flashing everywhere, zap zap zapping (like the sound effects), this is my favorite bit of the film.

Not yet but I can think of two that I would.

Cabaret for the Money Money duet with Joel Grey.
and Patton for George C Scotts opening speech against a huge Stars and Stripes

Colin, according to Dark Horizons, there`s gonna be loads more double-light-saber action in part 3

Uncharged_water`s 3 films are Baise-Moi, Irreversable and Scum, aint they ya sick b*stard :D

I dont really have any DvD`s for one scene in particular except Moulin Rouge for the whole elephant love song mix type thing. I`ll have another look through the shelves when i`m not going quite as cross eyed as i am now.

bought the uncut Caligula for all the scenes I wasn`t allowed to watch in the Llanelli cinema where I first saw it...aaahhhh, the memories!

My collection

I have watched From Dusk Till Dawn many times before but I will glady see it again just for the most erotic Salma Hayek scene ever commited to film. You know the one I`m talking about.
