Now, I don`t hate the French for their stance on the war, and I`m sure the vast majority of the French people would feel just as disgusted at the actions of these idiots as me. But I think these individuals who believe that we should "dig up our rubbish" should be encased in a coffin full of broken glass and salt and buried in a cesspit. Ungrateful swine.
They might not agree with this war, but to show such disrespect for those that died defending their country is beyond disgraceful.
RE: A shocking incident in France
Don`t even get me started, I am very annoyed, but will save my opinions for real life and not on this lovely, relaxed site.
Nick
Nothing before this has made me ashamed to be human. Despicable.
Additionally: Never let it be said the French didn`t contribute to Gulf War 2. Their Roland AA missiles are having a big impact. Just like their Exocets did during the Falklands.

F***ing dirtbags
If you do some research, you`ll find that it is not `the French` but a bunch of Neo-Fascists who have the same beliefs everywhere ( even in this fair land). So don`t condemn the French, spit bile at the fascists that scuttle this earth. Now, Mr Bush how about ridding the planet of these cockroaches? I`ll certainly back that one.
Still dirtbags
RE: A shocking incident in France
The "frog pond scum" also known as the French were never so beligerant during WW 2. Now, however these colaborators want to set fire to British trucks carrying beef, sheep, whatever...... it`s all this pent up aggression that gets me. Where was it sixty years ago, when the poor men who are buried there gave up their lives trying to liberate them.
Are they grateful ? will the Iraqis be ? A whole different ball game in reality but theoretically it`s the same principle.
Waiting to be ostracised, Marty.
Is ostracised the right word ? I`m sure that if it`s not someone out there will take great pleasure in letting me know.
Who knows perhaps someone will actually agree with me, for a change. Now that would be different !

RE: A shocking incident in France
nah..sorry Marty....you cannot judge the whole French nation because they were overrun by Germany (twice) last century...it doesn`t take much sense to realise that this country only went to war because the `establishment` didn`t like the idea of Germany (especially with that jumped up little Corporal in charge) ruling Europe..."surely it should be Bristish!!!"...as for 60 years ago, why not try asking those in the S.O.E (I`m sure you know who they were, being such an expert in modern history) about how cowardly the French were. If they were not so frail now I think you`d get the hiding of your life..and it would be well deserved.
As someone who has had a very, very easy life compared to most, and who has not had your country invaded (twice in your own lifetime), how can you possibly judge whole nations for a something a few misguided individuals have done? Of course, the writing was in French..therefore...it was `the French` .Mind you, it`s easy to think like that of course....no strain...just plain and simple bigotry. Good lad!! You`re a great Englishman. :-)

Well said.
"I always thought size wasn`t important `til I wanted a new telly"
Whoever did it, French or not, are scum.
