Films you haven`t seen in ages, but are just as good as you remember...

As an alternative to my `Crap films` thread I just wrote. here`s the flipside. Old-ish films you dig up after over a year on the shelf, to remind you of the reason you bought them in the first place...

Inner Space (The disco scene - 80`s fashion - the horror)
The Burbs
Mousehunt (came THAT close to having a laughter-related `accident`)
Real Genius - Before Kilmer shoved his head up his own ass

Just read similar threads on the Empire forums, did you copy it off them. I remember THEM being good, but dunno if it is still good because I haven`t seen it in ages. No doubt i`ll stumble across a few of titles that might fit the bill at Christmas, seeing the films on TV will be family orientated.

No idea what the `empire forums` are. But rest assured, I didn`t nick it off anyone. This, coupled with the other `films that are now crap` thread are all mi own werk

That`s still a good film, apart from the crap 80`s fashions and hair, and the most incredibly cheesy ending. other than that, it`s still a classic
