Are there any educational games I could get for my daughter? She wants an XBox for Chrimbo, and I feel uncomfortable buying her one without adding something educational.

Ghost Recon and the upcoming Rainbow 6 Vegas are excellent guides on how to survive gunfights/terrorist situations and how to retaliate with and without force (usually the former though ;) ).

Although honestly there aren`t many games for kids. Superman Returns is kinda more suited to children, although hardly educational (more morally clean though ;) ).

Fight night 3 will teach her how to stand up to school bullies and Oblivion will show her how people live in other far away fantasy worlds, oh and how to cast spells ;)
