I watched quite a lot of Invasion on E4, but by god did it bore me to tears. I still wonder why I bothered with so much of it. Did anything remotely interesting happen in the end?

Surface started off okay, but had a terrible ET rip-off B-plot. A shame, because the main plot thread was interesting. Again, lost interest after about 10 episodes.

Never caught Threshold.

While we`re on this `2005`s wave of new sci-fi shows` kick, I thought the original mini-season of The 4400 was great, but the second season completely failed to hook me.

season 3 whilst still being a little on the low budget side has been very good so far (apart from the odd duff episode) just watched episode 10 & they are starting/following up on some storylines that could be realy good if done right :D

I watched the 1st season on 4400 but got bored so didn`t bother with 2nd

Threshold 1st 2 episodes werre really good, 3rd really bad so gave up

Invasion gave up 4 or 5 episodes into it, as I got bored during that too!

Well, as others have said, I can save you some money: 90% of that list is crap and the other 10% barely merits a rental.

Invasion, Surface and Threhold arn`t worth bothering with. Not because they weren`t good (Invasion and Surface anyway) but because they were planned as multi-season stories (like Lost) and therefore don`t have a proper conclusion.

Of the others I`ve only seen Silent Hill and V for Vendetta and both are worth getting. However I wouldn`t buy anything on day of release anymore as within a month or two they`ll be part of a 3 for £20 (or even 3 for £15) deal

Inside Man is indeed good, I reviewed it for the site a few weeks ago. The review copy had no extras whatsoever - I don`t know if that`s been sorted for retail.

I`ve been looking forward to seeing Three Extremes for a while.
