Lone Gunmen is now available on Region 1 DVD for a very reasonable £17.99 (from PlayUSA).

All 13 episodes including the pilot which TV stations banned after 9/11

Ordered it now, can`t wait.

why did they ban the pilot episode?

It was banned because the plot dealt with a hijacked plane flying into the World Trade Center. It aired six months before 9/11 but I don`t believe it has ever been shown in re-runs
