Oh well, R1 DVD it will be, but a shame we won`t get to see it in it`s widescreen glory (2.35:1) uncut in the cinema. Something tells me this is to please all the mothers that complained about the original Spider-Man being a `12`.

Well a headbut isn`t going to affect the story or the action of the film.

Of course it will affect the action of the film, if something is missing and it isn`t edited well, then it will be distracting. Personally, I`m not that bothered because I`ll only see this butchered version in the cinema, and I`ll buy the uncut DVD when it is released.

And because it was edited in Post-Production, there could be a lot more missing that hasn`t been brought to the BBFC`s attention. And all the reviews I`ve read hint that it is harder than the first film in terms of violence...

Anyway, I`m still excited about it :)

Removing crappy violence from a [probably] crappy sequel to a god awful file doesn`t worry me in the slightest.

Needless to say I didn`t care much for the 1st and will not be wasting my time/money on the 2nd :)

Just seen the trailer to Spidey 2 on TV - one thing I wish they would cut is Miss Dunsts throat - sorry peeps, but I fail to see the attraction in her as both a woman and an actress.

just watched this.. very violent cartoon action. only one headbutt in sight,. it was a superb film i was thrilled after the first installment being average.. this blows it away.. and lines me up for the third film...

The merchandise is the most important in this kind of film so I`m afraid it will be cut to let those that still play with lego into the cinema.

And in reference to the above post-does Ms Dunst really have a third nipple?

Be thankful Joel Shumacher isn`t directing it, otherwise we would of had nipples on the spidy suit, and unnecessary tight close up shots of his arse.
