I got Re-Animtor on Ld but if you order it abroad you shuold have no problems with customs. Only an issue if you had 10 copies imported as they would obviously class that as goods for resale and not personal use ;)

I think they are more laid back than they used to be, and will now only nab a tiny minority of discs (basically dodgy porn, as in stuff that wouldnt get a certificate in this country) as the list of nasties gets smaller and smaller.

Too busy concentrating on tormenting booze cruisers I suspect. :)

BBFC site reports it as having an 18 certificate with 1m 40 odd seconds cut.

Nah it`s available over here uncut, I got it for crimbo last year I think it`s on the Tartan label so it`s quite cheap as well. :D The inlay tells you all about the original cuts they were made to do by the BBFC and how they relented every now and again and let them reinsert bits

Reanimator may well be longer than its original 80`s release, but it is by no means uncut. The "head" scene is still trimmed.Customs are only allowed to seize material that can be classified as obscene.I think very little in the horror category would get seized these days.Anything that is available in the UK is unlikely to be seized, whether your imported version is uncut or not.
