Page 1 of Blu-rays in Poundland!

Yes, Poundland. Although they are 2 quid each, not one. Some are second hand, most are new stock, although with the coating, I have no qualms about used Blu-rays.

Two visits, I’ve picked up The Bourne Identity used, and new Hateful Eight with sleeve, and The Monuments Men.

Other titles I’ve seen include the Jurassic World 2d and 3D, Alvin and the Chipmunks, Chronicle, The Peanuts Movie, a Liam Neeson action flick (theyre all the same), House of Cards Seasons 1 and 3, Spy, The Heat, Independence Day Resurgence and so on and so forth.

They have a small but eclectic selection, and it’s always changing.

I got caught out with my local Poundland's £2 shelf the other day while in there, as I picked up a really good set of earphones with bass boost, and only noticed they were £2 when at checkout.

I reluctantly bought them, grumping as I needed a new set, but they turned out a really good buy as the sound quality was brilliant compared to my usual rubbish makes at a £1.

Going to go back this week, and get a few more sets while they are still there.

yeh, you can find some gems in there, I double dipped on Bad Santa when I saw it in there. if you have more than one near you it can be worth looking in each of them.

it's funny when on hukd some-one finds something great - inevitably i can't find it in the 2 near my work, or one near my house, just loads of straight to dvd/blu ray rubbish :( But as you say, go in a week later and entirely different selection, sometimes even boxsets -especially things like fast and furious, you may be able to get a boxset of say the first 3, then buy the rest individually cheaper than the boxset of all of them at Amazon :)
