£34.99...Dad had one at Christmas...A great little box :)
It may not be the cheapest (I think Sainsburys had one at around £18, but getting one was a different matter) :/

Just be aware it only has 1 scart socket, so you can`t feed an additional box through it like your video, dvd player etc.
Wow! that was quick........ Thanks
Any more suggestions people?
Boots had some as well-not sure of make but £30 I think. A friend bought one and its fine-of course if you need a new arial then its not such a bargain!

Cheers Sue, we are on a communal arial, will freeview still work?
Not to sure why it would make any difference but you never know???
Freeview on a communal aerial should work as long as the signal is strong enough. If you`ve every noticed any "ghosting" on normal signal you may have a problem.
I picked up a box at Tesco for £35. Twin scart. Its basically a goodmans GDB2 box with a different branding but the software has been updated inside. No complaints with mine yet.

xxxxxxsainsburys 17 quid dunno if its nationwide but hey theres a bargin
Sainsburys were selling Akura AOP01STB at £17.49 (half price) with twin scart and 7EPG but it is only a regional offer - not available in the midlands see www.dvd.reviewer.co.uk/forums/thread.asp?Forum=223&Thread=458072
HTH :)
Plumrico, about your communal aerial.
If you find the Freeview picture breaking up just stick in a signal booster (Asda have one for about eight quid). This should sort out any problems.
