I`ve never heard of Swisstec. Anyone got any idea who ther are? Are these rebadged machines?

Hmm, at my local Co-op near Wolverhampton the DVD recorder is the same make but model 2800. It`s DVD+R/RW only and so doesn`t offer simultaneous record/playback.

I know someone that has bought the Swisstec, but is DVD+R/RW only.

It was the only model on offer in the shop.

It has a USB port and DV input.

Has anyone actually seen the DVD RW-600 with +/-R ?

machines.

i`m thinking about getting one, seems a great price

I had a look in our co-op in Bletchley Milton Keynes and found nothing except the brand names.Recorders :(

Co-op`s are not one company, but a collective of society's. It would depend if your local society has bought them.
