Currys are doing a bargain Freeview tv receiver for £39.99
The Ferguson FDT500, including Scart cable and remote.

OK - I know the choice of channels isn`t amazing - but the quality of picture is much better than the analogue signals

See here for details of Freeview and channels available

I don`t know if anyone else is interested, but the more of these you order, then cheaper they get. For example...
Buy 1
Cost - £39.99
Delivery - £5.99
New Website Launch Discount - £4.00

Buy 2
Cost - £79.98
Delivery - £5.99
New Website Launch Discount - £8.00

Nice one Currys.

This may not be the best Freeview Receiver on the Market, but in these times of Tight Wallets and Bloody Expensive Christmas Pressies, I love a Bargain.

That`s the ladies xmas pressie paid for now

I picked one up today instore at Dixons, get the staff to scan the box there were only two left where I eventually got it but the guy in store said they had loads in the warehouse so if you kind find one, order on line.

Well spotted, I`ll let you know how it is when I get it home tonight and set up. Been waiting for these to come down in price for ages.

Thanks for the thread. I sent this link to a friend who was getting one for her mum`s Xmas pressie, so you saved her 40 quid! :)
I fancied one myself at this price, but the freeview website told me I wouldn`t receive a signal. :( Another `postcode lottery`...
