www.cp-audiovisual.co.uk

Home based business by the sound of it. Have to pay via PayPal, NoChex or Cheque/PO but prices seem very good.

e.g.
Tech+Link Professional Digital coaxial From only £7.50 delivered
Profigold PGD481 / 483 / 489 From only £10.99 Delivered
Has a whole range of RGB, Optical etc.

I ordered the Tech+Link Digital coaxial for £7.50 and paid Monday evening. He posted it out next day.

A bit slow on the email replys and comms not exactly brilliant but for the money cant really complain. He trades on Ebay too and seems to have a decent feedback rating.

I plan to order some more bits soon.

I`ve bought from here, and it was fine. I think it`s just one guy operating out of his garage/back bedroom so he`s possibly not as fast as others, but the prices are great and I got what I ordered no problem.

A few other people on the AVForums have also used this guy and been happy with the service.
I emailed him with a suggestion to improve customer service and I got a very prompt and polite reply. Definitely will be using the guy again.

Not bad but I`ve been using http://www.cpc.co.uk which offer all his range plus a hell of a lot more (they are like Maplins but a third of the cost). They are part of the Farnell group.

You can order in all the usual ways (plus phone) and postage is free for orders (exc VAT)over £30 and £4 below. This is by courier and my three orders all arrived the next working day.

One order arrived with two cables missing - a quick phone call, apologies given and the missing cables arrived the next day - no quibbling at all.

Try `em out!.

I use farnell directly (www.farnell.co.uk) they have free next day delivery, only downside is there is a minimum order value of £10 (I did manage to get away with a £7 order somehow). The web site isn`t that pretty, they are more geared up as a trade electronics/electrical distributor, but as such the prices are very low compared to the average retailer.
