Tempting but there doesn`t seem to be a region hack that works (apparently the 750 hack doesn`t work) - still a great price though.

Good spot! I`ve been after a bargain VCR/DVD for ages, but am a bit hesitant from that last post that says it isn`t hackable - multiregion is vital for me.
Do others know of any such offers on VCR/DVD combis?

Excellent spot, cheers - been thinking about getting one of these to replace my VCR which is on it`s last legs. Not too bothered about multiregion but if it is hackable all the better. Ordered one 5 mins ago and just received confirmation - let`s see whether it arrives or not....

Aint a bad deal at all, this model was in my local ex catalouge shop for around £150, goto be worth a punt @ just over a ton.
Looks like this model can be chipped for the regions but no macro off but what the hell :D

Just checked the status of my order and it says it`s dispatched.... but it also says (on the `My Orders` page) that it is £79.99!!! I hope so. My credit card hasn`t been charged yet so I will wait and see!
** UPDATE ** I`ve just checked My Account on their website and it says they received payment on the 28/8/03 of £82.98. So it could be true - though no sign of it on my credit card bill yet. Maybe it will end up being free!
