Was your unit on firmware 12 at that time?

Hi all,
Have any of you with the DVDR 890 been able to place RCE encoded discs?
I tried both Hacks (222 & 212) and can play "standard" region 1 discs, however men In Black 2 will not play, just get the region map up, so I take it the RCE is not being overwritten.
My recorder has firmware 11f

Hack for Aiwa DV520KS anyone?
Does anyone have a hack for the new Aiwa DV520KS?
the 370 hack does not work, pressing pause only brings up on screen the "No entry" sign

Get onto your credit card company.
By using your Credit card, you are covered, and the CC company has to take the hit.
Doesn`t help the situation, but at least you shouldn`t lose out financially

on your (well it`s on mine) order staus page there is the following message
"video-NOW.com is no longer accepting orders or shipping movies. All outstanding orders are being refunded. Please do not send emails or leave phone messages regarding outstanding orders as they will not be received. Thank you for your understanding."

It looks like they are dead in the water.
There is nothing on their main page, but if you log in then call up your order status,
there is the following message
"video-NOW.com is no longer accepting orders or shipping movies. All outstanding orders are being refunded. Please do not send emails or leave phone messages regarding outstanding orders as they will not be received. Thank you for your understanding."
