I don`t often use them because I`ve had a few problems, but I often have a quick look because they are normally quick at updating, and I can see what titles are coming soon. However, they now seem to be miles behind, and don`t seem to have changed their site for ages. Is there a problem with the company - I know they have got a lot of complaints on this site. Does anybody know - have you ordered and not had DVDs delivered? I would be very interested! Aaron

Just checked the site, and they have at last updated - still expensive and unreliable!

It looks like they are dead in the water.
There is nothing on their main page, but if you log in then call up your order status, there is the following message
"video-NOW.com is no longer accepting orders or shipping movies. All outstanding orders are being refunded. Please do not send emails or leave phone messages regarding outstanding orders as they will not be received. Thank you for your understanding."

That is absolute hog-wash, there talking a load of nonsense. They have been giving me a pack of crummy excuses ever since I first ordered with them. I wouldn`t be at all suprised if they haven`t done a runner with all the money they have robbed from us. Refund, my ear.
