They refused a misprice on Halo 2 at £27.99, which was £2 lower than amazon took there pre-orders for, so they will DEFINITELY refuse this.

National decision, in-stores only. Promotions are store specific.
There are certain games at £4.99 like the aforementioned F-Zero GX, WWE Crush Hour, Soul Calibur II, Starfox Adventures etc etc.. then more at £9.99 Final Fantasy : CC, Mario Kart: DD!! and various other low price-points.

Woolies are doing a free game of your choice for £99.99 (in-store). I would say that is the best offer at the moment.
It says on the advertisements its only Need For Speed 2, but in reality, its anything you like.

WHSmith are getting beaten s***less by Woolworths at the moment, I would say they will go out of business after yet another poor Christmas performance.

I am checking through some statute I have to try and find a clause about a case where a guy oredered a CD from a website and they sent him a different version, and the small claims court ordered that they had to supply him with the product advertised.
If I can find this, then it is game set and match dvd-reviewer Bargain Forums.

I am going to keep quiet here.
I would advise based on my position in the job for everybody to take 4 screengrabs from the Tesco website. These being:-
1.) The item window for the "Pokemon Colosseum Black Bundle" at £33.24 (showing the picture of the bundle pack)
2.) An enlarged version of this picture to verify it is the Bundle Pack.
3.) Do a search for "Pokemon Colosseum" and shoot this window, as it demonstrates both items, and that they have the other item for sale at £29.89, so they cannot say "its just a picture error".
4.) The item window for the "Pokemon Colosseum" game at £29.89
If they send me just the Pokemon Colosseum game I will be taking print-outs of all these games to Trading Standards as they are breaching all kinds of rules here, and if it is just a hardened few determined to get the set that they should rightfully be handed, then I think rather than spend all the time fussing, they will honour it.
Failing that, there is always Watchdog.. if enough of us complain, you all know Watchdog would LOVE to run a complaint on the country`s biggest Supermarket.

I think someone should phone the TESCO customer service hotline and raise this.. they will be bemused if a game that is currently listed just outside the 1000 mark on the all performance chart suddenly starts selling like hotcakes. :P

oh, and the way the supply issues work.
A Company called Entertainment UK (E-UK), which is owned completely by Woolworths supplies the stores primarily and the supermarkets next.This includes the likes of ASDA, Morrisons, Tesco, Waitrose, Sainsbury`s.. etc etc etc.

No idea on the website issues RM, the company (StreetsExec) that does the websites are having a terrible time at the moment, what with the phones mistakes etc. You can probably imagine how happy the top brass are about it.

If you are loading them through links from this site, they do not support the frames, so you need to remove them. Works for me.

I ordered from Tesco as well, order confirmation went through, they are also breaching the Sale Of Goods Act (1986) and The updated Internet Sales Act (2001) by supplying a picture of a different product to the one they are selling, and are susceptible to legal action on that basis from various legal commissions.
