it also does not have speakes on the side,, but when youve a dts system who needs em.....

anyway,, only passing it on as i use the pc more for dvds than i watch tv......

and no way im forking out 400 quid so the oul doll can watch rearenders...sorry eastenders.

right lads enough of the whingin on about who works where and does what - all i wanted to know is where youse got your cheap nec dvd burner....

i checked out komplett last week and got one for 47 quid including postage....

went back to check and its up to 49 now plus 5 days lead time,,, not sure if this includes postage - but to northern ireland was only a fiver...

Friends DVDs for 7quid all in....For older Seasons

I just noticed some Friends DVDs for 7quid all in, Check for yourself and see,,,,I think it is mainly older Series 2,3 and 4 ones, but still not bad I suppose.

Well, Its been about 2 weeks since I last checked in and I am a bit concerned that I might be tempted to start lookin up pastie websites and dishwashing powder sites. Excuse me if I got the dishwashing bit wrong as im no sure if they use powder or tablets - just the kitchen area is not my department.

Anyway, Is this not DVD reviewer and anything that is supposed to be related....

Not sure if my DVD player would play pasites....

LOL.

Its just I don`t really want to search through about 60 tips looking for a half decent one....if you know what I mean.

I was going to do exctally the same and paste the same bulls*** email they sent me. I asked for a full refund so I can just get these from ezydvd.

SplashDVD, more like (PeePee) SlashDVD.com as they charged my credit card, took the funds out and made some interest on it. Then decide to refund it.

Well to be polite I will not write anymore about them....Ar$epoles

Splash were doing the boxsets for 17 quid, I only got to order set1 last week and am still waiting on it arriving.

I went back to their website to order a couple more and the prices are now back up to shocking levels.

Check out www.ezydvd.au as I got Boxset7 there for 31 quid including p+p. It took about 7-14 days to arrive from downunder, which I thought was not bad.

I myself will keep an eye on splash to see what the craic is like, also keeping a good eye on www.dvdpricecheck.co something too....

Friends Complete Series for about 30 quid me thinks

I was checking out Ezydvd.au.com and see they have Friends Complete series back in stock....

I think they are about 31 quid all in, so I suppose it might be worth a quick look like.

I am only saying this as I just bought the Sony SAVE535 speakers at empire-direct.com for 270 (waiting on arriving). But if you stick another 60 quid to the Aldi price you can get an entry level system for about 170......

Sorry for butting in, but does anyone know if the Sony systems are any good......frequency range is 26 to 50K at 150watts....I thought not bad.

I was looking into something else on this site, VAT was not added to the item until I put in my shipping details.

Not sure if this includes VAT too, but for a good Multi Region (RCE Too) DVD player, there is here and Amazon where I got it too.

I first read in this forum about the Pioneer DV-350 and where to get it...

I have the Pioneer 535 myself and was happy enough with that, so I bought the girlfriend the DV-350 for christmas....

I got it at Amazon for £125.00 including postage to Northern Ireland.

So just to check that it all worked as you do, I have to say I am now tempted to buy one for myself as I think this is a great machine.

I have ordered a few DVDs from them and so far I have had no problems with orders, posting or quality.

I just hope a large bill does not arrive from customs, my girl answers the door, and gets a shock when she realises I ordered a couple of the crap Adult ones too for a bit of craic.
