I was looking into something else on this site, VAT was not added to the item until I put in my shipping details.
Not sure if this includes VAT too, but for a good Multi Region (RCE Too) DVD player, there is here and Amazon where I got it too.

www.leconcepts.com has the Pioneer 350 multi region for £130 delivered and their modifications are among the top in the industry unlike Techtronics. you can search for them in avforums.com
www.be-direct.com also a very good general retailer of electronics has the multi region for £125 delivered.
both of them has a promo where if you buy a Pioneer or a Toshiba player, you get 3 DVDs for free. The ones that you can choose among are -Jurassic Park III, Tarzan (Disney), Meet the Parents, What lies beneath, Pearl Harbour and the Full Monty.
be-direct.com has also Toshiba SD220E multi-region for £130 delivered and this player is a class better than Pioneer or Sony DVP-NS305S multi-region for £129.
There seems to be positive reports about be-directs modifications.

Yes I did include VAT. Its £99 + Vat including free delivery which is the cheapest I have seen. Its £109 + Vat multi-region.
I have heard people have had problems with this firm so would be careful
