Small world, I`ve got one too,
Unfortunately ours did go up in smoke back in January, luckily no further damage done. BSH sent out an engineer for £85 told us the replacement part was £180. So he asked the missus if we wanted it repaired and we declined, he then stated he had to decommission the machine and cut the plug off. Turned out the tool cut our washing machine plug off instead >:( .
I`ve been too tight to buy a new one about £400 for a silver Bosch so have just left the dishwasher in its place. Last week they sent us the fire hazard letter so I called them up and they said they would come and fix it and hopefully refund our original £85 callout charge.
The engineer who visited hasn`t fixed it because it looks like the original bloke tampered badly with it, but they said they will return and hopefully sort it as the part that went bang is the one that is the fire hazard.

`twas a joke, some real classics have been trashed to save in most cases only a grand. Many dealers will discount massively still even though sales are up.

Same thing happened to my VW LT35 two weeks back. Sounds like a pulley has disintegrated, so you`ll have lost your belt, and as advised your temp. will rise if you`re stuck in traffic. Got my van from S.Kensington to St. Albans after though, just got a bit worried watching the needle rise in the traffic on the North Circular Road.
Good for the guns, Ise like Popeyes I`ll tells ya !

I`ve found the DVLA folk to be quite lenient. I was unaware that a SORN notice only lasted a year and that you had to renew it, lovely lady on the phone was cool about it and cancelled the fine.
Another time, one of my vans was smashed to bits on the A1. Didn`t really think much about it assuming it would have been crushed after my insurance co. paid out on a total loss. A few months later they contacted me to regarding it being untaxed, so I asume someone bought the van from the insurers and got it back on the road again. One phone call and all sorted. Give `em a tinkle you never know they may be in a good mood.

The HD box seems to have cured itself after 24 hours ( formatted the drive >:( ) ,but the old + box is the same. I`ll bell sky again and get them to resend the signal for that box. Four hours my arshe, more like 34. Tossers.

Evening All !
Can you guys help with my Sky box trouble? I`ve an HD box which won`t record, pause or playback anymore. This fault seems to have coincided with the new card changeover. The + box upstairs now also has this problem but will playback previously recorded stuff. Sky haven`t been any help, they talked me through a reset, then a reformat, but I still have the same problem, and they want £65 for a call out. I`ll check the dish connectors in the daylight tomorrow, but any thoughts for now?

Don`t touch the Citroen. 100% go for the Sprinter. I`ve owned three of these and the only problem I`ve had is the ECU has packed up twice. If you start looking down the transit route avoid the duratorque models.

Enjoyed todays performance, looked very solid at the back and dominant in midfield. No fan of Keane but industrious and with a bit of luck could have scored. Corluka and BAE stood out for me today, and of course delighted for Bassong scoring on his debut. All in all a nice day out in the sun, hopefully more of the same at Hull in the week :)

Spurs have always had a pretty strict wage structure.
One cannot help but speculate as to whether it`s holding us back though.

Allegedly tripled Bassongs wages to £90,000 a week. I`d be amazed if true though.
