Hidden Feature on Kevin and Perry

Am i stupid or have i stumbled across a hidden feature. I was messing about with my remote control when it was booting up and i found it loaded up a music track with Chrissie Hynde (The Pretenders) and a sequence of reviews by the actors and actresses on their parts and the plot and othe characters, then it went through nearly all of the Kevin and Perry comedy scripts from the Harry Enfield Show in like a top ten style, is it normally accessable, or am i just flukey

Asda are selling DVD`s for as little as £8.98. There are a few good ones in that price range (True Romance for one that i can remember).

My Dad has the Missions linked to a Dennon amp Not Sure which one but it was £900. It is absolutely superb great rumbling sound from the sub. Also as they are located down by the floor you can hide them as they are non-directional. As long as you dont place anything within a foot you are okay. So they are definitly women pleasers as he was`nt allowed it unless it was discreet.

Apparently the only difference between the 210 and 210a is the 210a is gold. So the answer is yes. I think.
Get a Grundig i got mine from Currys for £149 because they had a massive stock of gold ones and could not shift them.

RGB output with Grundig 210a

I`ve got a 210 and a sony 20" widescreen TV. I use sky digital through the widescreen TV switched to RGB input (cracking picture). When i want to watch DVDs thrrough the TV it wont let me on the RGB channel only on the normal scart input. Does the grundig output RGB? As I was told it did and also in the menu you can choose between RGB and
S-video

I bought a Grundig DVD210 at comet for 149.00 pounds an eighty pound saving!! That was yesterday.
Two Scart Sockets Optical Digital out. No dolby 5.1 decoding though
This machine got a good write up %88 in Total DVD.
It plays R1 Matrix with absolutely no problems. The only problem is its Gold. That is why they are selling them off as they cant shift them.
I am very satisfied.

RE: region hack for Lecson dvd-900

The hack you are after is the same as the Wharfedale machine
it goes as follows:
open the disc tray
press 0,1,2,3 on the remote
press enter and close the tray

it should work

Let me know as my mate and i are interested in the LECSON
is it as good as "What Hi-Fi" say it is.
Where did you get it from? and cost?

RE: Hack needed for the MICO A980

Here is the hack you require.
Ensure no disc is loaded and the machine is switched on. Using the handset enter 7, 7 SELECT to reveal a secret menu. This allowsany region code to be entered or by setting region 13, the player bypasses most codes automatically. Go to the next page of the menu and you can disable macrovision, so you can copy pal discs to VHS, dont do it though as it breaches copyright laws. As if we would any way!!

can you let me now how you get on with the MICO as i am thinking of getting one

Im Confused??!! REC DVDR800 Or Scan SC-2000

Which one? Both got good reviews and the Rec machine can have Macro Vision disabled. Has anyone got a Rec if so is it any good? its £180 at Richer Sounds so i can nip and get one soon if they are alright.

Scan SC-2000 Macrovision

I am going to get the Scan Machine first thing monday morning. Can anyone tell me if you can disable macrovision yet.

Wharfedale 750 @ £159.99

I am thinking of buying a DVD player to go with a sony 20" widescreen . I want it to be region switchable. does anyone have any views on this player. Or should i get the new Scan machine. The Wharfedale got good reviews in "What Hifi". But the Scan Machine seems to be an excellent buy. Have i answered my own question??!!
