Which one? Both got good reviews and the Rec machine can have Macro Vision disabled. Has anyone got a Rec if so is it any good? its £180 at Richer Sounds so i can nip and get one soon if they are alright.

If Macrovision disabling is important to you, then the Scan won`t allow you to do that. Couldn`t comment on the Rec`s abilities having not seen it, although I suspect its a clone of another model.
